What are the responsibilities and job description for the Documentum/Cognos Administrator position at Johnson Technology Systems Inc?
Position Requirements:
The primary requirement for this position is being a Documentum/IBM Cognos support technician for a large customer. It will require direct interaction with the proponent and experience with handling large volumes of e-mail and communication.
Tasks and assignments will include:
- Serve as the support technician for application requirements pertaining to Documentum/Cognos
- Developing & Maintaining Reports based on customer requirements
- Implementing and maintaining a high level of security
- Working with client and fellow team members to develop requirements documents and project schedules
Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years' experience with the following:
º Documentum OR Cognos
º Patching, Upgrading and Implementing Custom Documentum/Cognos Solutions in a Secure Environment
º Source Control (Git or Subversion)
Desired skills:
- 3 years of Java/J2EE, JavaScript development with a focus on enterprise content management software
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite of tools
- Experience working in a SCRUM-based Agile environment
- Adobe LiveCycle or LifeRay
- Experience with Documentum Query Language
- Experience with BI Bus API & Cognos Framework Manager
- Applying and maintaining STIG Requirements for Documentum or Cognos
Security Clearance: Must obtain minimum Interim Security Clearance (Full Clearance must be granted in order to remain employed).
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
