Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized wash site
- Train and coach new team members
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues
- Uphold company standards and safety expectations
- Assist with membership sales and guest engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work on your feet and perform manual tasks
