Job Description:

We’re looking for athletes and high performers who are ready to bring their physical strength, mental toughness, and passion for excellence to Johnson Storage & Moving. As a crew member, you will be an essential part of our team, helping to create seamless, positive experiences for our clients while working in an environment that fosters teamwork, growth, and integrity. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and protect customers’ belongings by properly wrapping and loading furniture, electronics, and fragile items with precision.
• Physically demanding work: Lift, carry, and move heavy items using proper techniques and safety protocols.
• Efficient teamwork: Work alongside a team of professionals to move household goods efficiently, while maintaining a high level of organization and communication.
• Customer-focused approach: Provide exceptional service by interacting respectfully with clients, making sure their experience is stress-free and enjoyable.
• Safety first: Follow company procedures and safety guidelines to ensure safe handling of items and maintain a safe work environment.
• Problem-solving: Address on-site challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Represent the company: Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and conduct at all times, ensuring a positive representation of JSM in all customer interactions.

Salary : $15 - $23
