WHAT WILL YOU DO at JSP?
As a receptionist at a fast-paced CPA firm, your primary responsibility is to ensure seamless front-office operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to clients and visitors. You serve as a key support resource for the administrative team, staff, managers, and firm owners, contributing to the daily efficiency and organization of the office. This seasonal position is from February 1 through April 15, 2026, for about 30 hours per week.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, in person or over the phone
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate staff, or take messages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for accountants and partners
- Ensure the conference rooms, reception and common areas are tidy
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial and personal information
- Perform a variety of general administrative duties, such as handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Accept client deliverables and manage client pickup bin and log
- Other duties as assigned

WHAT WILL YOU BRING to JSP?
A friendly and welcoming personality. A professional appearance and demeanor. High school diploma. 2 years' office, administrative or clerical experience required. Fluent English, ability to lift 20 pounds.
