Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks within a dynamic factory environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to the efficient production process. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, along with mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
Duties
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and equipment setup
- Perform general cleanup and organization of work areas to maintain a safe environment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during daily tasks
Skills
- Experience operating forklifts and familiarity with warehouse equipment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong physical stamina for lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift
- Knowledge of safety procedures within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work outside in all elements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
