Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and energetic landscapers to join our crews. We are looking for both full time/seasonal and part time employees. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general landscaping maintenance, gardening and lawn care to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment for our various clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, digging, pruning, and other landscaping tasks
- Conduct regular lawn care activities such as aerating, and weed control
- Assist with gardening tasks including planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal displays
- Support general groundskeeping duties such as debris removal and mulch spreading
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Prior experience in mowing, landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is appreciated
- Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers and blowers) safely
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining grounds’ appearance and health
