There is a true passion for what she does and is looking to hire someone who is ready to be apart of her expansion to open up more locations through out Citrus County as well as build her mobile services. She will be working hard to grow this business and add multiple locations to help the hearing impaired with all of her years of experience.
We are looking for a Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people with hearing loss and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' hearing needs, fitting and programming hearing aids, providing patient education and counseling, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference in the lives of those with hearing loss.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the best hearing aid for their needs.
- Provide fitting and programming of hearing aids.
- Provide follow-up services and adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the proper use and care of their hearing aids.
- Keep accurate records of customer's hearing aid fittings and follow-up visits.
- Perform hearing tests and other diagnostic tests as needed.
