Heat Press Operator / Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our custom apparel team. This position combines production responsibilities with customer service, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people while creating quality custom apparel.
Responsibilities
Heat Press Production
- Accurately position heat transfers on t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments.
- Operate commercial heat press equipment according to production specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure proper placement and high-quality results.
- Maintain an organized and efficient production area.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer Service & Retail
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with selecting apparel and placing custom orders.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions.
- Process payments using a cash register and credit card terminal.
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
General Store Duties
- Receive, unbox, and sort incoming inventory and customer orders.
- Organize merchandise and keep the showroom clean and presentable.
- Assist with stocking inventory and maintaining supplies.
- Perform other duties as needed to support daily business operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting boxes up to 40 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Previous retail, customer service, or production experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
