- Handle front desk duties by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, client records, and administrative files
- Support office management tasks such as collections, scheduling, and customer service
- Perform data entry with accuracy into various software platforms including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace tools
- Attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting is required
