Job Duties
o Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing
Engineering / Engineering Technology.
o Strong interest in hands-on manufacturing and process improvement.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, Familiarity with CAD software (preferably SolidWorks).
o Basic understanding of engineering principles and problem-solving methodologies.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
o Excellent communication and organizational skills.
o Comfortable working on the shop floor and using basic hand tools.
o Good written and verbal communication skills
o Strong critical thinking skills
o Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with A3, six sigma, or other structured problem-solving techniques.
o Exposure to ergonomics, time studies, or industrial engineering practices.
o Knowledge of automation systems or electrical schematics.

- Participate in A3 problem-solving to identify and reduce top quality defects.
- Develop and lead testing and validation of new products, materials, and processes.
- Support new product introduction through method development and trial execution.
- Conduct time studies, line layout optimization, and motion analysis to improve throughput and
