What You’ll Do

As part of our production team, you’ll play a key role in cultivating and maintaining high-quality ornamental plants. Your day may include:

• Planting, pruning, spacing, and watering a variety of nursery stock
• Assisting with loading/unloading and moving plant material
• Operating equipment such as tractors (manual transmission) and other tools
• Supporting irrigation, fertilization, and pest management processes
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production goals

Basic Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders (up to 10 ft)
• Willingness to learn equipment operation (including tractors)
• Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and seasonal demands
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and post-offer physical

Work Environment

This is a fully outdoor, physically active role. You’ll work in:

• Heat, humidity, cold, rain, and seasonal conditions
• Environments requiring PPE when working with horticultural products
• Situations requiring attention to detail (plant quality, safety, organization)
