What You’ll Do
As part of our production team, you’ll play a key role in cultivating and maintaining high-quality ornamental plants. Your day may include:
- Planting, pruning, spacing, and watering a variety of nursery stock
- Assisting with loading/unloading and moving plant material
- Operating equipment such as tractors (manual transmission) and other tools
- Supporting irrigation, fertilization, and pest management processes
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Working as part of a team to meet production goals

Basic Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders (up to 10 ft)
- Willingness to learn equipment operation (including tractors)
- Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and seasonal demands
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and post-offer physical
Work Environment
This is a fully outdoor, physically active role. You’ll work in:
- Heat, humidity, cold, rain, and seasonal conditions
- Environments requiring PPE when working with horticultural products
- Situations requiring attention to detail (plant quality, safety, organization)
