Receptionist
Johnson Motors of Menomonie is seeking a full-time Receptionist to support the team and assist with appointment scheduling and phone coverage. Other duties as assigned.
Core Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Receptionist Duties:
- Answering phones, coordinating appointments.
- Greeting and checking in customers
- Balancing invoices and submitting receipts to accounting
- Update pricing in the systems as needed
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate to 3rd party team as needed
Required skills:
- Exceptional communication skills both in person and on the phone.
- Strong awareness of customer service.
- Must have a poised, cheerful attitude.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment while upholding the customer service standards of Johnson Motors.
- Must have a basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Salary : $20 - $22
