Johnson Motors is a dealership group with locations in New Richmond, St. Croix Falls, and Menomonie, WI. We are seeking a part-time floater receptionist that can help fill our coverage needs at all four of our dealerships within our group. Receptionist Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills both in person and on the phone
- Strong awareness of customer service
- Must have a poised, cheerful attitude
- Must have a professional appearance and attitude
- Must have the ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment while upholding the customer service standards of Johnson Motors
- Must have the ability to manage a cash drawer
Hours:
The hours for this position are flexible based on coverage needs. This role will cover any scheduled days off for our full-time receptionist, as well as fulfill any coverage needs for any last-minute call-ins. The ideal candidate will be able to come with very short or potentially no notice given. The number of hours per week will vary based on company need. Dealership hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM – 6 PM and Saturdays from 7:30 AM – 2 PM.
