Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Travel to offices in the region monthly will be required to meet with office leadership and staff.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic growth plan with office leaders and market and service line leaders
- Establish and grow market presence in area through marketing and business development
- Manage financial budget for practice and allocate resources accordingly
- Lead and contribute to the production of proposals and projects
- Serve as a technical expertise resource to project managers and technical staff
- Establish resources staffing needs for the practice on a regional level
- Interview and make recommendations for hiring staff for the practice
- Lead and manage team members by providing leadership and continuous performance management (setting expectations, goals, feedback, 1:1 meeting, coaching) that supports the growth and development of team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Capable of building successful team relationships with foundation of trust and respect, and maintaining positive co-worker relationships
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Demonstrate organized practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with full ability to operate independently with substantial autonomy
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Professional Engineer License or equivalent
- 20 years’ experience in specialized discipline including supervisory, project management, and business development
- Demonstrated experience leading others
- Project management and business development experience
- Experience working with local clients at the state, county, and major municipality level
- Master’s degree in specialty field or business administration, member of American Institute of Architects, Project Management Professional creditial
