We’re looking for a Utah Litigation Attorney who is detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to meaningful litigation work.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and manage civil litigation cases
- Attend hearings, conduct trials, and present oral argument
- Engage in settlement discussions
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Prepare litigation strategy
- Review documents
- Conduct legal research
- Communicate with clients and other decision-makers
- Maintain organized, accurate case files
- Other duties as needed within the litigation team
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed to practice in Utah (required).
- 2–3 years of experience in civil litigation (strongly preferred)
- Trial experience and federal court experience (a plus)
- Licensure in other states (a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Interest in learning new systems and procedures
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professional demeanor
Travel
- This position requires occasional travel in Utah for various court hearings as needed.
Relocation Expenses
- No relocation expenses are offered for this position.
Not Remote Position & Expected Hours
- This position is a full time (on site) position in our Salt Lake City, Utah office.
- Expected work hours will be in-person from about 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. There is some flexibility with this schedule that can be discussed.
- This is not a remote work position.
