Candidate will receive creative direction and mentorship from our Marketing & Proposal Manager Manager to produce high-quality proposals and marketing collateral to support both our pre-construction and business development efforts.
Candidate will assist in coordinating and creating compliant, winning proposals. This includes research, compiling, writing, and execution of print and digital media.
When proposal development is in low demand, focus will be on areas of marketing, such as trade show collateral, company information packages, website maintenance, social media, corporate communications, etc.

- Attend weekly marketing & RFQ/RFP meetings
- Identify and outline proposal requirements
- Schedule and facilitate kick-off meetings
- Produce letters, proposals and presentations
- Participate in presentation practices, as needed
- Ensure quality of all produced material, including consistency, spelling, and grammar
- Proactively update resumes, project descriptions, and project photos
- Maintain an organized filing system for archives
- Contact and gather information from sub consultants
- Marketing Collateral Design
