Summary:
North America Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Early in Career Seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Early in Career team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process by assisting with candidate application management, data integrity and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our talent acquisition initiative
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks in pulling resume bundles and assessment scores to identify qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Assist in the preparation of requisitions and job postings, meeting tight timelines.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information and to track the progress of recruitment efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate and business experience by providing timely communication, answering candidate inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Support the onboarding process for hires, monitoring timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Assist in maintaining recruitment metrics and generating reports to evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Facilitate organized support for diversity conferences and campus events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination preferred.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
- Prior work experience in Microsoft Office, Workday, SalesForce, and Handshake is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Up to 20% travel required.
