The Senior Director, Global Security Operations is a senior leader who has responsibility and accountability across the security portfolio including:
The team is responsible for managing demand across the global operations services for J&J. Areas of focus include - Directory Service operations (traditional AD and Azure), Operational Standards Development, IAM technology operations, controls and reviews, Acquisition and Divestiture (A&D) support, product consulting, UA Testing, OT Security operations, GAA (audit) support, Incident and crisis support, controls monitoring, and compliance & risk reporting. Last year included support for over 30 technologies with mix of on-premise and SaaS management platforms, 600 SAP connections, 32K incidents & changes annually, 9000 network devices and 163 access reviews.
This leader must possess experience in the ITIL Capability Model with strong ITIL v3 practice and awareness of v4. Quality service delivery will be critical with a focus on protecting our business, users & customers through efficient change and problem management, security continuity management as well as managing product and service operational health. A strong knowledge of Intelligent Automation (IA) / Machine Learning (ML) and Cyber Data Mesh is desired to enable the teams to drive insights through data and advancing operational management through automation. Global process owner definition and tracking all demand, using enterprise platforms is critical to stay ahead of the business demand and resourcing these support teams.

The Senior Director, Global Security Operations is a senior leader who has responsibility and accountability across the security portfolio including:
- Monitoring, reporting and improving the operational health of the J&J global security technology stack across the product and services portfolios
- Oversight for identity and access management systems operations
- Optimizing SAP/GRC and managing the roles, rulesets and separation of duties
- Security tool management and L1 & L2 support for problem, incident & event management (client, server, and network, IAM)
- Defining, measuring, and improving operational KPIs for security products and technologies
- Automating operational processes
- Access certification & compliance validation and application consultation/planning and automation
- Change and release management for security technologies operations
- Data security and analytics platform performance assurance
- Collaboration with JJT peers and alignment to enterprise standards
- Maintaining and developing internal talent and skills, consistent with industry shifts in threats and insights
- Measuring business impact of the security capabilities and effectiveness of solutions
- Staying connected to security industry peers and trends
