The Returns Coordinator II is responsible for the execution of Depuy Synthes Returns to ensure the timely processing of credit for field sales and customers. The Returns Coordinator will ensure proper execution of returns, repack dispositions, and Material destructions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This is not meant as an all-inclusive list but as a top-level list of duties that this person generally completes. It is also understood that an associate may receive special projects outside of this list.
- Understand the departmental layout and process flow
- Verify Codman/Mitek/Spine customer returns match against Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
- Transfer returned, saleable, products to stock utilizing Blue Yonder
- Verify Codman/Mitek consignment returns against truck stock return form
- Scrap product that is expired, damaged, or cannot be repackaged
- Transfer product to packaging department for repackaging, when needed
- Verify product against audit checklists
- Transact RGA orders in Blue Yonder and confirm shipment
- Add packaged Spine consignment returns to Spine field return form
- Manage relationships and communications with internal and external customers to support all customer needs
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- A minimum of 2 or more years of warehousing work experience is required.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) is required.
- Knowledgeable in Blue Yonder system is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills are required.
- Meticulous orientation to detail and must possess strong communication and organizational skills is required.
- Sense of urgency required while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism is required.
