The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$94,000-$151,800
Additional Description For Pay Transparency
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program. The Senior Financial Analyst will help shape platform strategy, prioritize innovation investments, and drive portfolio transformation to accelerate growth and strengthen the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial leadership, business partnering, and coordination of the annual WC&H R&D business plan and quarterly latest estimates, coordinating between New Product Development and Advanced Evaluation to build an annual budget aligned to platform strategy.
- Strategic Business Partnering; collaborate with WC&H leadership to develop platform strategies and optimize the innovation portfolio including the development of business cases for external innovation opportunities.
- Monthly/quarterly budget versus actual and headcount reporting and variance analysis for Finance leadership and R&D partners.
- Key point of contact for WC&H R&D quarterly actuals and periodic forecast submissions.
- Portfolio prioritization and various ad-hoc analyses on portfolio health and priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration; strong partnerships across supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
- Support the development of dashboards and performance measurement tools to track business health and identify growth opportunities.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance or accounting.
- A minimum 4 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting is required.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment is required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities are required.
- This position is in Raritan, NJ and may require up to 10% travel.
