- Design and implement clinical trials, including development of protocols and clinical study reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of clinical trials
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practices
- Conduct and supervise clinical trials, including performance of medical monitoring
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Master's degree in a scientific field or PhD or PharmD)
- 8 years of experience in clinical trials, including protocol writing and execution
- Strong scientific and analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data
- Proven track record of collaboration and communication with diverse stakeholders
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time, including team meetings and site visits
