The Senior Analyst, PMO Surgery will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization and will support the Project Management activities as part of the Transcend transformation programs, a series of highly complex multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives.
The candidate will support for overall project methodology, project planning, project management, risk management, and change management.
This role acts as the primary support to the North America PMO Senior Manager.
Major Responsibilities
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required; focused degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field preferred. Advanced degree preferred

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

The Senior Analyst, PMO Surgery will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization and will support the Project Management activities as part of the Transcend transformation programs, a series of highly complex multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives.

This role acts as the primary support to the North America PMO Senior Manager.
Major Responsibilities
- Monitor project plans and ensure all tasks meet PMO quality standards.
- Monitor RAID log and ensure all items meet PMO quality standards.
- Provide requested support to Senior Manager PMO for project activities and deliverables.
- Facilitate execution of Stage Gate methodology including scheduling reviews, ensuring proper readiness, and facilitating Gate review discussions.
- Support the gathering and distribution of project status materials.
- Facilitate communication across teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Project Management tools (eg: MS Project / Jira, etc.)
- Gather, analyze, and interpret project data (KPIs, budgets, timelines, resource utilization, etc.).
- Prepare dashboards, metrics, and reports for stakeholders to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Escalate blockers and support project teams in developing action plans.
- Support development of templates, documentation standards, and best practices.
- Support meetings by preparing materials, documenting discussions, and capturing action items.

- Minimum four (4) years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience in project coordination, analytics, or operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, or comparable project planning tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working on a large-scale Supply Chain project
- SAP background / experience
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Certification such as CAPM, PMP, or Six Sigma (a plus).
- May require up to 25% of domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites
