Role Description The Associate Sales Representative – Arthroplasty role is a contract, on-site position based in Las Vegas, NV. This role supports the arthroplasty sales team by helping manage accounts, assisting with product introductions, and providing day-to-day support to healthcare professionals using Johnson & Johnson MedTech solutions. Responsibilities include learning the arthroplasty product portfolio, participating in surgical case coverage under guidance, preparing sales materials, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies. The Associate Sales Representative will collaborate with senior sales representatives on territory planning, customer follow-up, and basic sales activities to drive adoption of arthroplasty products.
