This role will partner across various levels of our cross-functional organization, including site leadership for Supply Chain and R&D, and provide financial guidance to support delivery of site commitments. This individual will apply their strong analytical and accounting skills to develop insights required to manage day-to-day operations.
This position will be responsible for leading all forecast planning, close activities, and support site strategy development/execution through LRFP.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial support to the Site Leadership team, focusing on manufacturing operations across the facility while partnering with R&D to support increasing clinical activity.
This role will partner across various levels of our cross-functional organization, including site leadership for Supply Chain and R&D, and provide financial guidance to support delivery of site commitments. This individual will apply their strong analytical and accounting skills to develop insights required to manage day-to-day operations.
This position will be responsible for leading all forecast planning, close activities, and support site strategy development/execution through LRFP.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team and budget owners to align budgets with strategic direction for the site.
- Review site spend and deliver powerful presentations to the Supply Chain and R&D leadership team
- Manage cost allocations to key business units across J&J
- Consolidate, challenge, and present forecast updates and quarterly results.
- Liaise with R&D and other affiliates on clinical manufacturing and CAR-T support.
- Partner with other finance groups, such as NA CoE and GS, to ensure accurate financial results and reporting
- Coordinate all audit activity on site, both with CIA, PWC, etc.
- The position will be required to be on site 3 times per week.
Education:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; Major in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years’ business experience is required.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e.: VLOOKUP functions, formulas, pivot tables).
- Prior experience creating and delivering presentations to various levels of the organization preferred.
- The candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
- The individual must work well in a dynamic environment, have a continuous improvement mindset, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- This position is located in Malvern, PA and may require up to 10% travel.
