Role Description The Immunology Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hendersonville, NC, responsible for driving sales growth for immunology products within the assigned territory. This role includes building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, presenting product information, and providing clinical and commercial support that aligns with company objectives and compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting sales calls and in-person visits, organizing educational programs, delivering product training to customers, and responding to inquiries with timely, accurate information. The specialist will analyze territory performance, develop strategic account plans, collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, and document activities in CRM systems to ensure consistent, data-driven execution.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals and address their needs.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales capabilities, including consultative selling and territory management, to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Candidates should possess Training experience to deliver clear, accurate product education and support to clinical and office staff.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management or account management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute strategies across multiple accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, ideally within immunology or specialty care, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret clinical data, adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, and use CRM and reporting tools effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
