About the Role
The Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the North America Sporting Goods (NASG) office while helping foster a positive, professional, and welcoming workplace environment. This role serves as the face of the office, supporting front desk activity, assisting leadership with administrative needs, and coordinating office operations, events, and travel. It’s a great fit for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and supporting a welcoming office environment
• Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, document preparation, and expense reporting
• Coordinate office operations such as mail distribution, supply ordering, and facilities-related needs
• Plan and support company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and guests
• Partner with HR on onboarding logistics, interviews, and general office coordination
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• 2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or HR coordination role
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
