Job Overview & Work Site
Position Overview:
- Greet patients warmly, handle check-ins/outs, collect co-pays, and manage appointment schedules.
- Facilitate new therapy referrals, coordinate with staff and agencies, and ensure timely care for new patients.
- Maintain staff productivity by efficiently allocating visits and serving as a liaison with administrators.
License & Experience
Requirements:
- Available to work Monday-Friday
- Strong communication skills.
- Outgoing personality and a desire to improve tour patients' and clients' quality of life
- Successful candidates will be able to handle multiple tasks.
- An interest in the field of physical therapy and a background in Exercise Science is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to meet the job's physical demands such as frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing.
