Our Mortgage Loan Officers are passionate about assisting clients with their mortgage needs. As a Mortgage Loan Officer with Johnson Financial Group you will be responsible for the origination of residential mortgage loans, generating new business along with promoting and marketing mortgage products and services to clients and referral sources. You are also responsible for consistently meeting sales, cross-sales and referral goals. Our loan officers dependably build strong relationships with their customers, which lends itself to deepening their customer’s financial relationship with Johnson Financial Group.

- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the Safe Act of 2008.
- Minimum 3 years mortgage origination experience highly preferred.
- Excellent sales, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Involvement within the community and with other broker/real estate representatives.
- Must be a self-starter with demonstrated success in mortgage originations.
