Overview
We are looking for a motivated, experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our Grain Division! You'll be hauling bulk commodity loads throughout the Upper Midwest, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma using late-model Kenworth T680 mid-roof trucks with 50' Wilson triple-axle trailers.
Serving Sioux Falls, Canton, NW Iowa & Beyond
Responsibilities
- Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as per company policies.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transport.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Proven experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of load securing techniques and safety practices in transportation.
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of long-distance driving, including lifting heavy loads when necessary.
