Job Summary
Johnson Family Support Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Service Providers to support adults and seniors in their homes and communities. As a Service Provider, you will help clients maintain their independence while improving their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with personal care, as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and community outings.
- Provide transportation to appointments and activities (when applicable).
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and daily living skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required visit notes.
- Follow all company policies and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
