- Maintaining enterprise server infrastructure including Windows Servers, SQL, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.
- Configuring and optimizing server performance for manufacturing applications.
- Designing and supporting SQL clustering and high‑availability environments.
- Administering Hyper‑V environments, including patching, backups, and lifecycle management.
- Managing backup and recovery using Veeam.
- Ensuring proper server permissions and access controls.
- Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
- Collaborating with Global IT teams on infrastructure standards and best practices.
- Participating in internal and external system audits.
- Coordinating with external vendors for software licenses and support services.
- Providing 24x7 global infrastructure support as part of the IT team.
- Ensuring compliance with TISAX, CMMC, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
- Traveling locally and internationally as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2017 / 2019 / 2022); familiarity with Server 2025 preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience with physical‑to‑cloud migrations (AWS, Azure).
- 2 years of experience with server connectivity via Cisco switches, routers, WLAN, and firewalls.
- Cisco certification or working toward certification.
- Strong experience with Active Directory and Exchange in multi‑site environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Hyper‑V, Veeam, SCCM, and Zabbix.
- Experience supporting a 24x7 operational environment.
- IBM AS400 administration experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
