This is an onsite position in Vandalia, OH. We are specifically looking for local candidates within driving distance of our site.
Your responsibilities will be:
Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes. Participate and select 2-3 functions hands-on projects related to:

Your responsibilities will be:
- engineering
- quality

- marketing
- business development
- customer service
- scheduling
- purchasing
- environmental health & safety
- Build professional relationships across various departments.
- Contribute to large-scale projects where you will take a leading role.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must have at least 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall) remaining to qualify for the program.
- Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 16-week rotation.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas.
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, finance, etc.).
