- Developing and driving commercial business strategies for assigned market segments
- Leading pricing, incentive, service, and contract negotiations to secure profitable business
- Managing P&L performance of assigned global customer accounts
- Consolidating customer and market requirements to define product roadmaps and new business pipelines
- Collaborating with Product Engineering and Project teams to execute roadmaps and deliver awarded programs
- Monitoring market trends and initiating new product strategies aligned with customer demand
- Presenting product roadmaps and growth strategies at Annual Strategic Planning Reviews
- Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with global customers
- Establishing and monitoring global pricing strategies and recommending adjustments as required
- Managing pricing risks related to raw material cost changes, exchange rates, and volume shifts
- Coordinating tooling and fixture schedules with internal tool rooms and external vendors
- Supporting margin optimization through commercial concessions and total‑package business solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in the Robotics or Cobot industry, with strong exposure to:
- Motion and drive solutions
- Product design and development
- Market and competitive analysis
- Strong global customer management experience preferred
- Engineering knowledge in micro‑motors, sensors, actuators, or application engineering
- Solid business acumen with strong commercial judgment
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working in international, cross‑cultural environments
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin Chinese preferred (but not mandatory)
- Strategic thinking and market foresight
- Commercial negotiation and margin management
- Customer relationship management at senior levels
- Cross‑functional leadership and collaboration
- Results‑driven mindset with strong accountability
