Position Summary
The Corporate Finance Controller will manage all aspects of the company’s financial activities, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. This key leadership role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic insight that helps drive the company's performance and growth. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to guide leadership decision-making.
- Manage annual audits, tax filings, and relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies.
- Support operational and strategic initiatives, including technology and automation improvements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to monitor financial KPIs and optimize profit margins.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site service environments.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required
