Role Description This full-time, on-site Installation Technician role is based in Memphis, TN. The Installation Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, and testing security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection equipment, in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include running and terminating cabling, mounting devices and hardware, setting up control panels and network connections, and verifying system functionality through diagnostics and testing. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation, collaborating with project managers and other technicians, and ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations and quality guidelines. The Installation Technician also provides on-site customer support, explains system operation to end users, and contributes to high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering clean, reliable installations on schedule.
