What are the responsibilities and job description for the Press Brake Operator position at Johnson Contracting Company?
Johnson Contracting Company, an employee-owned company (ESOP), is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our skilled workforce. We seek an experienced individual to set up and operate a Press Brake in our manufacturing environment.
Experience / Qualifications:
2 Years Experience setting up and operating Press Brakes.
Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
Attention to detail and quality requirements.
Experience with Press Brakes that are equipped with 6 Axis back gauges.
Use of CNC Controller to program the machine.
Perform programming using all features of the press brake.
Work with tight tolerances.
Proficient with micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring equipment.
JCC is a signatory to Sheet Metal Union Local 91.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
