Position Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Assistant with a strong background in insurance authorizations and general medical office procedures. This is a full-time, in-person position offering competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and progressive healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and obtain insurance authorizations for procedures and appointments
- Assist clinical staff with patient care coordination
- Travel to satellite office locations as needed (required)
- Utilize EMR systems efficiently and accurately
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Provide excellent front- and back-office support
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with patients and team members
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of patient care
- Handle administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends

- Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
