Location & Commitments
- Location: Franklin, Indiana
- Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, with flexibility for night shifts or weekends as needed; 40 hrs

- Reports to: Plumbing Service Manager
- Diagnose and repair drain issues including clogs, leaks, and blockages
- Install and maintain drainage systems, including piping, traps, and vents
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of drainage systems to prevent issues
- Use specialized equipment such as drain snakes, hydro-jetters, and camera inspection tools
- Follow site safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions
- Prepare and maintain records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to (weight)
- High level of customer service

- Good computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office
