Our staff accountants are an essential part of the Admin. Team supporting 4 locations with accounting and administrative needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Positive and willing attitude
- Knowledge of accounting practices and internal controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Payroll experience
- Experience supporting multiple locations or departments
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer contracts, vendor settlements, and accounts payable
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Support inventory management and financial reporting
- Partner with team members across 3 locations to provide accurate financial support

This is a full time position. Hours are from 8 A.M to 5 P.M Monday thru Friday.
Saturday work is required at month end closing activities.
