Compensation and Benefits – Earn $70K-$90K in Year 1
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission: Total potential $70,000 - $90,000 (or more for top performers).

Schedule:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-5 PM, Saturday 7:30 AM-2 PM (with rotations in off-season).
- Closed Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily service department operations for efficiency, accuracy, and top-notch customer service experience.
- Meet and support departmental production goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Submit warranty claims accurately and on time.
- Review and approve work orders before billing.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Manage daily sales reporting and labor reporting.
- Coordinate shop workflow coordination, technician scheduling, and driver deliveries.
- Build strong customer relationship building through communication responsiveness.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office proficiency and standard desktop applications.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Professional, honest, and dependable work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Equipment knowledge and machinery maintenance (preferred but not required).
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 1 year in service department operations.
