Job Description:

As a Parts Representative at Johnson City Kubota, you will play an important role in supporting customers and internal departments by ensuring the right parts are identified, ordered, and delivered efficiently. You will serve as a key point of contact for both retail customers and internal teams, helping keep equipment running and operations moving.

This position is ideal for a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving, learning product systems, and working in a team environment. You will receive hands-on training and ongoing development within a dealership culture built on honesty, professionalism, and follow-through.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide parts counter sales and support to retail and internal customers
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and follow-up
• Develop strong product knowledge across Kubota parts, systems, and accessories
• Assist with inventory control, stocking, and parts organization
• Process parts orders, returns, and special requests accurately
• Support service and sales departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Work toward department sales and performance goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter area
• Participate in training and continuous improvement opportunities

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (as scheduled, rotational)
