Job Description
Are you an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for marketing and continuous learning, ready to lead innovative digital marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment? This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can execute campaigns quickly and accurately, driving measurable results in the financial services space. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership and project management expertise to build and guide our marketing function.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive client acquisition
- Design and implement multi-channel digital campaign including email marketing, paid search, display advertising, and social media
- Oversee A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve campaign performance
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital channels
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines and conversion
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple concurrent marketing projects from conception through completion
- Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for all marketing initiatives
- Implement project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage the Digital Marketing Team and delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes
Minimum Requirements:
- High level of communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- 5 years of digital marketing experience
- 3 years of people management experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM platforms)
- Experience with Pardot and Salesforce a plus
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
- Experience in the Financial Services area is a plus
- 4 Year college degree
