Do you have proven expertise in managing digital advertising initiatives across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging platforms, with a strong emphasis on data-driven performance optimization using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and advanced tracking methodologies.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels to drive lead generation, and appointments
- Manage and optimize monthly ad spend, improving ROAS, lowering CPC, and maximizing conversion efficiency
- Implement and configure GA4 tracking, conversion events, and custom reporting dashboards to ensure accurate performance attribution and actionable insights
- Utilize Google Tag Manager to deploy tracking pixels, event triggers, and enhanced measurement frameworks
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, leveraging GA4, platform analytics, and CRM data to refine audience targeting, creative strategy, and budget allocation
- Deliver performance reports and business recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization
- Continuously test and scale campaigns using A/B testing frameworks, and audience segmentation
