Night Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our 2nd Shift/evening warehouse team. The Warehouse Supervisor manages order selection, shipping, receiving, and other basic warehouse activities, in addition to managing personnel to ensure that all necessary functions are performed. Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead and direct workflow and performance of employees Monitor employees productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency Motivate and train employees Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules Maintain company quality and quantity standards Screen and provide input on hiring warehouse personnel Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards Other duties as assigned Requirements: High School degree or equivalent (college a plus) 3 -5 years of supervisory experience Must be able to work assigned hours, Sunday-Thursday at 5:00pm - until Salary range: $65,000.00 DOE Must have excellent leadership and communication skills Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking Additional Details: Great benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and PTO Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
