What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Center Shuttle Driver position at Johnson Brothers Ford?
The Shuttle Driver must possess a strong desire to provide excellent customer service at all times. Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. In addition to shuttling customers to and from the dealership, they assist with Lincoln Pick Up and Delivery and checking in and out loaner vehicles.
Since this position is on the front line and assisting dealership clients daily, the employee must be focused on complete customer satisfaction and safety at all times.
Job Duties include:
Drive clients to and from the dealership
Assist Loaner Clerk in checking in and checking out loaner vehicles
Greet guests on the service drive and escort them to their loaner or shuttle vehicle
Deliver loaner and pick up guest vehicles
Deliver guest vehicles and pickup loaner
Assist and direct clients throughout the service area
Job Requirements
Knowledge of local city streets and the ability to use Navigation
Strong knowledge of hands-free devices
Clean driving record with the ability to practice safe driving skills
Ability to provide a positive experience for dealership clients
Ability to maintain a clean and tidy shuttle van
Must meet dealership standards of professional appearance
Must be 21 years of age with a valid Texas Driver's License
Must pass a background check and drug test
Must possess a willingness to follow all dealership core values of Urgency, Growth, Respect, Attention to Detail, Integrity and Teamwork
