What you’ll be doing:
- Greet customers and provide a great experience from start to finish
- Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
- Review maintenance needs and technician recommendations with customers
- Provide estimates and keep customers updated throughout their visit
- Recommend maintenance and services based on vehicle needs
- Work closely with technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently
- Follow up with customers and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment
- Help keep the Quick Lane organized, productive, and running smoothly
