Johnson Bros. Bakery Supply, a leader and innovator in the Baking Industry, has an opportunity available in the Dallas and East Texas region for a proven Bilingual Account Manager with extensive sales experience to create long-term, trusting relationships with new and existing customers.

- Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers
- Develop new business from existing customers
- Actively seek new sales opportunities
- Develop sales by making initial presentation, explaining product and service enhancements and additions
- Prepare reports on customer account status
- Act as the Liaison between customers and internal JBBS team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer needs
- Be available for customers through email, phone and in-person meetings
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product
- Bilingual required
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the Food Service Industry a plus
- Previous experience in food industry preferred
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload
- Must be self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Base salary with commission
- Monthly auto reimbursement
