Duties
- Conduct title run downs and gather relevant information
- Assist with drafting basic transactional legal documents
- Work closely with the Firm's experienced real estate attorneys and senior real estate paralegals
- Organize and maintain transactional files and documents
- Follow post-closing duties
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, developers, and other parties involved in legal transactions
- Prepare closing statements and CDs
- Utlize the Firm's transactional and office management applications
Skills
