The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading global bank to recruit a Loans Agency AVP / Analyst to join their Loans Agency Operations team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of the administration and servicing of a complex loan agency portfolio, ensuring precision, compliance, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients, banks, and internal stakeholders, providing technical expertise and leadership across the full lifecycle of agency and bilateral loan facilities. Your ability to interpret loan documentation, manage risk, and drive process improvements will be critical in delivering a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Loan Administration and Maintenance:
- Independently manage the daily loan administration of commitment facilities, including borrowings, rollovers, repayments, and prepayments.
- Review and approve loan deals, ensuring alignment with credit approvals and facility documentation.
- Provide technical support and consultative guidance to account officers and loan administration staff.
- Deal Execution and Closing:
- Lead the administrative aspects of new deal closings, including pre-closing coordination, documentation review, and funds flow management.
- Calculate, invoice, and disburse deal-related fees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with borrowers, agent banks, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, agent banks, and internal teams, resolving queries and ensuring timely communication.
- Collaborate with Treasury on rate settings, funding, and reconciliation activities.
- Support system migration initiatives, including LoanIQ training and process optimisation.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all transactional data and records.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LoanIQ, ACBS, or similar loan administration platforms.
