Duties and Responsibilities
The Production Designer is primarily responsible for preparing finalized structural packaging designs for production, ensuring every project transitions seamlessly from concept to manufacturing. This role emphasizes CAD-based structural development using Esko ArtiosCAD and Kongsberg cutting systems to generate precise drawings, press layouts, die-cutting files, and physical prototypes. A key focus is validating materials, confirming production feasibility, maintaining complete and accurate specifications, and coordinating closely with Manufacturing and Project Management to ensure all components are optimized for press, die-cutting, assembly, and finishing. The position requires strong ownership of testing and sample development, attention to detail in production documentation, and the ability to execute efficiently under tight deadlines while delivering structurally sound, cost-effective packaging solutions ready for scale. We are open to developing motivated candidates who are eager to grow their skills in structural packaging design.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications [e.g. education, experience, skills]
High school diploma or equivalent required.
